Your customers collect on one shared card across all locations. The base plan covers one location — every additional one costs €5 less than your plan:

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between Standard and Sponsor?+
Both plans have the full feature set. On the Standard plan (€39) the card front is completely ad-free. On the Sponsor plan (€29) a subtle sponsor logo marked as “ad” appears on the front — in return you pay €10 less.
What counts as an “active pass”?+
A pass that was used (scanned or newly issued) within the last 3 months and has not been revoked.
What do multiple locations cost?+
The base plan covers one location. Every additional one costs €5 less than your plan — i.e. €34 (Standard) or €24 (Sponsor) per month. Your customers collect on one shared card across all locations.
Can I cancel monthly?+
Yes. No minimum term, no notice period. If you cancel, your account runs until the end of the month — then it stops.
Do I need extra hardware?+
No. A smartphone or tablet at the till is enough. The scanner app runs in the browser.
Who signs the Apple Wallet passes?+
We manage all wallet certificates for you. You don’t need your own developer account.
How long does setup take?+
Under 10 minutes. Create an account → define your reward → upload your logo → hang the QR code in your shop. Done.
What about privacy?+
All data in EU data centres. Customers can use the pass anonymously — the email address is optional.
